Paydaş, a Turkish prop-fintech startup, reached $16 million valuation

Paydaş lets users to participate in rental income and potential value appreciation

Turkish prop-fintech startup Paydaş announced reaching USD16 million valuation. The starup raised $1.25 million total cash and in-kind investments so far, as the company seeks to make access to global property income more accessible through a digital fractional participation model.

Paydaş enables users to participate in rental income and potential value appreciation from selected international real estate assets through a digital share-based structure. The company said its platform lowers the entry barrier for individual users to as little as $100. (By the way I have a story here about Turkish startup investments in 2025)

The company’s investors include gaming entrepreneur and investor Volkan Biçer, fintech investor Sezer Arslan, international investor Erol Şaşati, industrialists Ethem and Ersin Öztaş, Tersan Group Chairman Ahmet Paksu and other group executives, as well as Gencallar Chairman Ahmed Gencal.

Paydaş’s noteworthy advisory board

Paydaş has also formed an advisory board that includes former Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye Governor Murat Çetinkaya, Galata Business Angels Vice Chairman Uğur Şeker, former GE Capital and CBRE executive David Haine, and digital assets strategist Barış Dinler.

Through the platform, users can digitally track their participation in selected international properties while benefiting from a transparent asset structure, open-cost model and regular reporting system, the company revealed.

Paydaş Co-Founder and CEO Dr. Yusuf Eren Yalçın said digitalization is transforming not only financial processes but also the way users access assets.

“One of the biggest longstanding problems in global property income markets has been that access was limited to certain capital groups. With the Paydaş model, we aim to make this space more democratic, visible and accessible,” he added.

Paydaş can be downloaded at App Store and Google Play.
